Reggie, CH Renaissance Creative Impulse

Reggie was born January 31, 2000, bred by Sue Ross and Kathy Taylor, of Renaissance Miniature Poodles in Indiana. He is our foundation sire, and our first champion. To watch him move is to see pure poetry in motion. He is ALWAYS happy, very outgoing, and just the best dog EVER. We could not love him more.

Would that I had a dozen more just like him

Reggie finished his championship easily, as a puppy, shown by Trudy Golden for most of his points, with Belinda handling him to one 3-point major. He went on for a few months after finishing, acquiring group placements under such judges as Ric Chashoudian and Dorothy Nickles.

Reggie is currently sound and healthy at age 8, and still always wagging that tail. His health testing information can be found in the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals registry, and his pedigree can be viewed here.

Reggie has sired several lovely puppies for us, the first of whom will be making their showring debut in 2008.
